This Return Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from Tholmarechik via the website https://tholmarechik.world and how refunds are processed. By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

2. Summary of Your Rights

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Subject to the conditions below, you may return eligible products within the return period and receive a refund in accordance with this policy. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction (e.g., right to withdraw from a distance contract within a cooling-off period, or rights under applicable consumer protection laws). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those statutory rights where they apply.

3. Return Period

You may request a return of an eligible product within 14 days of the date you receive the product (or the date a third party indicated by you takes possession of it, if applicable). This 14-day period is your "return window." Return requests received after the return window has closed may be declined unless we agree otherwise or you have a separate statutory or contractual right to a return or refund.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your return request (e.g., by email) to us before the 14-day period has expired. You do not need to have shipped the product back by that date, but you must typically send the product back within a reasonable time (e.g., 14 days) after notifying us, unless we specify a different timeframe.

4. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund under this policy:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging (seal intact where applicable) and in resalable condition, unless the product was defective or not as described, in which case we may accept returns of opened products where appropriate.
  • You must contact us within the return period (see Section 3) to request a return and obtain return instructions.
  • You must follow our return instructions (e.g., return address, packaging, and any reference number we provide).
  • The product must be one that we have determined is eligible for return (e.g., HerbaCardio and other standard products sold on the Site are generally eligible; we will inform you if an item is non-returnable).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened dietary supplement products unless they are defective or we are required to do so by law. If you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately; we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your name, the email address used for the order, order date or order reference if you have it, and a brief reason for the return (e.g., changed mind, wrong product). No reason is required for eligible returns within the return period where we offer no-questions-asked returns, but the information helps us improve our service.
  3. We will respond with return instructions, including the address to which you should send the product and any return reference or label information. Do not send the product to any address other than the one we provide.
  4. Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it back in accordance with our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise or the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and process any approved refund as set out in Section 6.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price you paid for the returned product(s) (excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or we have stated otherwise). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not refund return shipping costs unless we have explicitly agreed to do so or the return is due to our error.

Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm eligibility. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time (e.g., 5–10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

If you have not received your refund after a reasonable time, first check your account and then contact your bank or card company. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@tholmarechik.world and we will assist you.

We may offer an exchange or store credit in lieu of a refund in certain cases, subject to your agreement and our discretion.

7. Non-Returnable or Special Items

Certain items may be marked as non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items). If we have specified that an item is non-returnable at the time of purchase, that will be stated on the product page or in your order confirmation. For products that have been opened or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we may refuse a return except where the product is defective or not as described, or where the law requires us to accept the return.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within a few days of delivery) and provide your order details and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs we charged, as appropriate. We may ask you to return the damaged or defective item in certain cases. Do not dispose of the product until we have instructed you.

9. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us immediately. If we have not yet shipped the order, we will cancel it and process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return process (Sections 3–6) applies.
